Where do I find the guides inside my shop?

Open the page where the setting lives, such as Settings › Shipping or Online store › Checkout. A "Show me how" guide sits beside the boxes you need to fill in, with the same steps you see here.

Is it safe to paste my keys into Stallkeep?

Keys are stored encrypted and only their last few characters are shown back to you. Only paste a key into the matching box in your own shop settings, never into an email or a chat.

Do I need all of these accounts?

No. Connect only what you use. A shop can start with one way to be paid and add delivery and marketing tools later.

Can I try a connection without taking real payments or booking real parcels?

Stripe, PayPal and Parcel2Go each offer a test or sandbox mode. The guides say where to find it.

How do I get help from a person?

Email [email protected] and tell us your shop name and what you were doing.
